BLACK TUNA NOODLE WITH SHRIMP SAUCE AND SEPIA

time wanting to try this pasta I bought at the grocery store a few weeks ago, but now with the girl, the truth is I have very little time to spend in the kitchen but hey, tonight I made a hollow and I decided to make my husband said no attention was called to see them as black, but he has eaten a platazo not see ... and I like, hehehehehe! were real good!.





INGREDIENTS:

- 1 package of black noodles

For the sauce: -1


spring onion -2 Cloves garlic
-half cup of brandy shrimp
-14 sepia-media

-400 ml. double cream

-pepper-salt-olive oil








In a pot with a little oil, is set to soften the onion and minced garlic when the onion transparent, pour the brandy and puts on high heat to boil and squeeze out the alcohol.
